In the event of our failure to provide any customer with product that adheres to these Quality Standards, we will endeavour to rectify the issue in the quickest, easiest way possible, always making customer safety our number one priority.

 Starting from the day of purchase, if a customer is not totally satisfied with their Buddies product, they have 30 days to request a full refund of the purchase price. To enable investigation of the problem, the faulty goods should be returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase and reason for dissatisfaction to the address below:

2 Year Guarantee

Any Buddies or Senses electric toothbrush comes with a two year limited guarantee starting from the date of purchase.

Within the guarantee period, we guarantee that the appliance will be free from material defects resulting from faults in materials or workmanship.

We offer to repair or replace a faulty appliance covered by this limited guarantee free of charge.

This limited guarantee does not cover any defect arising from: damage due to improper use, normal wear or use (especially regarding the brush heads), failure to use the appliance in accordance with the instructions and defects that have a negligible effect on the operational effectiveness of the appliance.

The guarantee becomes void if any unauthorised modifications and/or repairs have been undertaken by you or anyone else.
